Just starting out?
Are you just beginning your fitness journey and want to start with low impact? Why not start with ‘Pilates’ or ‘Stretch Therapy’. These classes are a great way to start strengthening the core, increasing flexibility and building fitness.
We also offer ‘Zumba Gold’ and ‘Wise Strength’ for clients approaching 60 or older and for the de-conditioned client. This class has been specifically designed to focus on building fitness, strength, balance, posture, core and flexibility.
Want to challenge your fitness?
Maybe you are after a class that challenges your fitness? We recommend you try our METAFIT and ICE (Intense Cardio Exercise) sessions. ‘Ice Row’, ‘Ice Ride’ and ‘Ice Fighter’ all involve high intensity training in a 30 min session, great for surf life savers, athletes and any one that’s looking to reach or maintain their peak. Our fitness professionals will motivate you all the way and best of all you can challenge your fitness against the rest of the group!
